National Nonprofit Day - August 17, 2024
Kary's Helping Hand was recognized by County of Supervisor Joel Anderson for outstanding volunteerism and dedication to provide countless hours serving members of out community.

Thank you to Bombas! Summer of 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2025 donations of 5,000 pairs of new socks which we are distributing to homeless individuals living on the street of San Diego City and County.

A special, Thank You!, to Amazon's Donation Hub. Kary's Helping Hand received 4,000 pairs of new black socks, hoodies, sweatpants and tank tops in the Summer of 2022 which were distributed to homeless individuals living on the streets of San Diego City and County.

Thank you to Smart and Final's Charitable Foundation for their donation of $300.00 in 2022, $200.00 in 2024 and $500.00 in 2025. These funds will be used to purchase supplies to make warm meals and sack lunches which we distribute throughout San Diego City and County. At events like "Power of a Shower" (1st & 3rd Saturday of every month) and quarterly pop-up Community Outreach clothing distribution and meal. This support helps us feed vulnerable individuals in need.

Our thanks to Panera Bread's El Cajon location on Fletcher Parkway for their weekly "dough-nation" of left-over bread and pastries which we distribute with coffee each Saturday morning to those in need.
